Were in the beer garden which is quite pleasant. Located on the canal path. Ideal for cyclists. Danger! Without prior notice, drinks in the beer garden are only served in large glasses. 500 ml Cola 4.50 euros. After the complaint, the service rolled its eyes. Hello! That's cheeky.

Based on the good reviews, we wanted to eat here on a bike tour. After 20 minutes we had drinks. We could not order food as no order was taken. Then we went disappointed. At least two other couples who came after us were able to place their order and some of them had already received the starter. To make matters worse, the Corona rules were not adhered to. So the condition had their nose peeping out of the mask and grabbing the mask with their hands regularly.

The grill plate is highly recommended. Price-performance ratio completely okay. There was even a soup beforehand and a cream for dessert.

A nice Sunday to end our bike tour! But where do we take a break? The restaurant “Ankerplatz” was recommended on our route. So let's go! We went in and were asked as soon as we entered whether we had made a reservation. We said no and stated that we were adults and two children. Now we waited several minutes until the lady came back. However, it was also very well attended. From the door she called us our table number. We sat down and could order immediately. The lady came to the table: "Drink what?" We ordered drinks! Now she asked if we would like something to eat too! She brought us 2 cards and lying down and turning the waitress mentioned her, in an unfriendly tone: "It will take time!" We decided against a lunch snack. The drinks brought us the drinks and we asked for the bill. We waited 20 minutes for the bill. Of course it was very full and we understand that, but the service staff is happy to kindly point this out to the guests. Unfortunately we will not visit this restaurant for the time being and we will not recommend it to anyone.

Great beer garden with cozy corners and lots of flowering plants. Very tasty food with beautiful, imaginative decoration (the eye eats with ?)

The place is really well located. The beer garden is great. The beer is well drawn. The food (Nr332) is really delicious. With soup, salad, main course, dessert. The basement Drago is really entertaining and we lay under the table. I will definitely come back here, including whom. It's just for the delicious cheesecake !!!

Have to wait an hour for food. Nobody came to ask for drinks in between. Waited another 30 minutes for the bill. Doesn't work at all. Once and never again.

Was in Datteln for dinner tonight, was there earlier as a child. I was very excited, the very, very well run restaurant at the anchorage, the food is a bomb, but the staff is just as good as the food. Friendliness, service as well as cleanliness and cosiness 1A +++. Haven't eaten this good and delicious in a long time.

Very well located restaurant with good cuisine and attentive service. We ordered a hunter pot with 3 different pieces of fillet and fresh vegetables, everything tasted very good. My friend ordered liver, which was unfortunately a little too dry. On the whole, however, recommended.

Been here for the first time last week. A great beer garden where you can sit really calm and relaxed. The service is friendly and attentive, we were well looked after. The food was excellent and plentiful. The free soup of the day and the dessert are the icing on the cake. I am thrilled and can only recommend this restaurant.

Today we had lunch in the restaurant at Anker Platz in Datteln. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but is an absolute insider tip. Today we sat in the very well-kept beer garden and had really excellent service. As a starter we got a free soup, so to speak, "on the house". This soup was excellent quality asparagus-cream soup. We also received a small homemade salad as a starter. The main course was also very tasty and to our surprise there was even a free dessert instead of a liqueur. Everything done right, therefore 5 and 5 stars.

We were in transit and discovered the inn spontaneously ... we were very surprised and extremely satisfied ... there was a delicious greeting from the kitchen, as well as a fresh salad in advance ... the meat of the main courses was perfectly fried. At the end we were brought a small dessert !!! The price-performance ratio is very good .. and the service was also very friendly! Thank you, that was a great last night out!

Our food was good, the asparagus and turkey steak even very good. The table service was friendly and fast, the counter service was very neutral looking a little annoyed. From the outside not very appealing, from the inside okay, clean but a bit getting old. Prices and portions perfectly fine.
